Aha FM

The amount of time I spend gazing the hoarding is high when compared to the time I spend concentrating on the traffic and signals when I am on the road.

Of late the advertisement of the new FM has been bit weird - Each and every time I watch any of the hoardings relating to this FM I am not able to see the intended message the advertisement should actually trying to convey.

In each of the hoarding you can see a person totally mesmerized, exhausted and thoroughly intoxicated listening to the music from the FM. But the expression that you see in their faces - talks lot more: D. I rather feel the concept behind the advertising for the FM is lost. Of course it does attract people’s attention that is how the ad is – but ???

Few of the hoarding images captured using a mobile camera.

Do comment on what you think about the hoarding and do you feel that ad talks what it should?

PS: Photographs by Praveen.

Yes the Ad people these days are more creative(the fevicol ad,surf excel ad featuring a boy and his sister are my favorites) and they purportly use double entendres. And among the hoardings the Amul hoarding in the corner of the signal after spencers in mount road has always caught my attention.
And as far as the Aha FM hoarding is concerned they are providing the clue what the picture means in the hoarding itself.see the tag line
"poluthupokkin uchhakattam".Emphasis is on Uchhakattam :)
